Respect your time: We send out replacement products to you before getting the defective products back to lesson the amount of time it takes to replace the defective product and ensure your lighting issues are addressed as fast as possible.

Simplify your experience: We remove the hassle of registration and automatically enroll you in the program from the date of your purchase.

Make things right if we fall short: In addition to replacing the defective product, we provide an automatic $25 labor credit for all product warranty replacements within the first two years.

Prodigy’s 10-year product warranty covers materials and workmanship from the earlier of the actual installation date or 90 days after the original date of purchase from a Prodigy authorized distributor/dealer. Every Prodigy product undergoes rigorous product testing and verification by third party testing partners that are NVLAP- and UL-accredited. As a result of our focus and dedication to achieving the highest product performance standards, most of our products are ENERGY STAR certified and listed on the Design Lights Consortium (DLC) Qualified Products List.
